You know what is really NOT fun? Being barely pregnant and getting the flu. Why? Because you don't know you have the flu because you think the sickness is from being pregnant. This is what happened to me last week (and part of the week before). I was so sick that I was puking anything I tried to put in my body and I was so weak that I couldn't even get up long enough to fix my girls a sandwich to eat (hence, they starved for about 3 days). My thought was, "I cannot do this for another day, let alone 3 months." But luckily, the bug passed and I am feeling so much better. No puking since Wednesday and I can eat whatever just as long as I eat every couple hours. So, bottom line is this won't be so bad and Jason is really glad because he did not enjoy having a "dead" wife.

Poor girl! I'm glad you're feeling better. That sounds like no fun at all!
So unfair! Glad that you are feeling better now. At least in comparison.
Yeah, that happened to me w/ Olivia & I ended up in the ER w/in 6 hours due to dehydration. I guess there was an epidemic & 4 of us pregnant gals in the ward were all in the hospital w/in the same week. Yuck-city.
oh the hospital! yikes..I've been so lucky to never get that sick! I think its funny tho that all that time you just thought you were pregnant..which you were..and had no idea you were really sick! I'd rather be sick with ANYTHING than be sick with the flu...one reason I hate being pregnant..its like having the flu all day..for 3 months. ahh...good times. Yay for babies tho!
