Regional Rally 2011

I love my job as a Premier Designs jeweler! It has been the biggest blessing for our family! It is currently paying for Jason's ENTIRE Master's program in cash, along with other bills and emergencies that come along. Plus, it is so much fun! In January, I took off for sunny Ontario, California (75 degree sunny weather was awesome!) for Regional Rally. Jason did not go with me. My mom watched the girls for the weekend and they thought that was great! They don't get to visit Grandma a whole lot since Elena started school. I learned a lot and I was pleased that three of my "daughters" went with me. It was a great experience.

Even though I was pregnant, I felt pretty good the whole time. I look a little sick in this picture, but I think I was just tired from late nights and early mornings!

Our founder, Andy Horner. This man reminds me some of President Hinckley. He's an amazing person who strives to serve others! It was great to see and hear him. His wife, Joan (an incredible woman!!!) passed away the beginning of December. This was the first time Andy had appeared without her. She will be missed!

Not that you really want to know, but for my own record keeping: On the flight home, my stomach was very unsettled. I made it to about 3 minutes before landing in Salt Lake. Then I had to grab Melanie's barf bag (mine was stuck shut with gum) because I couldn't stop it. It was very embarrassing! She was so nice and to find me a tissue while the guy in front of me did too. At least I was only on the plane for about 10 more minutes. I was mortified! It was hard to leave the warm California weather to come back to freezing snowy Utah. But, Jason and I will be going to San Diego the end of April so I'll return to it!
