Sewing Project #1
For my first sewing project with my new fabric, I decided to take this piece and try making a curtain for the office window. I don't love love it simply because it isn't quite big enough, but it doesn't look too bad and it was a good piece to begin learning how to make curtains on. All that embroidery is really pretty.

Camille!!! You did Pinch pleats on your first drapery? My goodness you must have a knack for sewing.
holy sweet! i'm VERY impressed! i can't believe you did pinch pleats! i totally would've copped out and just done a casing. lol they look professional...great job!
I am so impressed. My curtains have been casings and then I did one with, I don't know, hangings to thread the rod through. I thought that was ambitious. You do good work!

My sister is SOOOOO Smart! I think they turned out awesome even if you don't Love Love them I am way proud of you. I am looking forward to seeing your quilt!
