Funny Sayings

We have a couple funny Elenaisms and Beccaisms from this last week:
Beccaism: We tried to make hashbrowns but they turned out looking really gross. They tasted...um....okay, but they looked disgusting. I don't know what our problem was. Anyway, we convinced Becca to try a bite. She put some in her mouth, rolled it around a couple times, spit it out on her plate, and said, "Dad, that just tastes weird!" We thought it was funny because of the way she said it.
Beccaism: Becca was behind me when she passed two really loud toots. I turned around and looked at her. She said, "Wait, Mom, I'll toot again." Then she got this look of concentration on her face and proceeded to toot again. Then she smiled at me like she had just accomplished something fantastic.
Elenaism: Elena got a tea set for Christmas and she and Becca have had a hard time sharing it. I finally bagged it up and put in in my closet and told them they could have it when they could share and play nicely. A couple hours passed and Elena asked me if she could, "have her tea party." I asked, "Can you share with Becca?" She said, "Sure, she's sleeping." Smart little stinker!
Elenaism: Elena can now recognize all of the letters of the alphabet. Today she was giving Becca "lessons" meaning she had a book and would ask Becca what letter it was. After Becca answered, "I don't know!" for about the tenth time, Elena threw the book down in frustration and declared, "You just aren't good at these lessons!" I thought it was hilarious!

Looks like Becca takes after her Dad in the "tooting" department! haha Micah and Elena must think the same way, because the alphabet and sharing thing would totally happen at our house, too!

Ha Ha, that tooting story was hilarious! Took me back to when Emily would fill a poopy diaper during sunday school where we regularly sat on the front row. P.S. If you tried making home made hashbrowns by grating the potatoes...try putting them on a cloth and wringing all the water out. Makes them normal and not..."weird"
